We are a small private practice located 5 minutes from downtown Birmingham in Homewood, AL. Our office is on the top of floor of the Southbridge building and overlooks the hills of Homewood.

While we offer counseling for anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, burn-out and trauma related issues, we also work with clients who are adjusting to anything life might throw at them.

Alabama Counseling & Wellness serves individuals, couples, families and groups. We believe that every client deserves a compassionate and individualized therapy experience. We use a number of modalities in session but always adjust based on client preferences.
