We are a small private practice located 5 minutes from downtown Birmingham in Homewood, AL. Our office is on the top of floor of the Southbridge building and overlooks the hills of Homewood.​

While we offer counseling for anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, burn-out and trauma related issues, we also work with clients who are adjusting to anything life might throw at them.

Alabama Counseling & Wellness serves individuals, couples, families and groups. We believe that every client deserves a compassionate and individualized therapy experience. We use a number of modalities in session but always adjust based on client preferences.
